Day 01- Delhi - Rishikesh - Lv early morning at 0400hrs to Rishikesh – before reaching the Haridwar visit the Temple of Daksh Prajpati Where Maa PArvati became Sati and then proceed to visit the Temple of Mansa Devi / CHandi Devi and wait to visit the Maya Devi till you come back from the Yatra – after lunch proceed to Rishikesh – on arrival check in to the hotel and then proceed to visit the Evening Aarti either at Triveni Ghat or at Parmath Niketan Ashram and then over night in to the hotel . 
Day 02 Rishikesh - Uttarkashi - After breakfast proceed to Uttarkashi – Kashi of North visit the Temple of Shiva and then over night in to the hotel .
Day 03– Uttarkashi - Gangotri - the Gangotri Dham – lv at 0700hrs or lv early if it is comfortable to have breakfast on the way to Gangotri – enroute stop at Gangnani Hot Springs and the proceed to Gangotri – on arrival check in to the hotel and later in the evening at 2000hrs visit the Gangotri Temple to see the evening Aarti and over night in to the hotel .
Day 04 – Gangotri - Gaumukh - ( 18 kms Trekking one way ) à Early morning proceed to Gaumukh if health permits other wise stay in Gangotri and visit the UInteresting Places like – Surya Kund , Pandav Cave, Gauri Kund etc.. and then over night in to the hotel .
" if trekking is the choice then drink lots of Water or ORS to maintain the Energy Level also you can drink lot of Lemon Tea try to eat Dry fruits and Choclates as well "
Day 05 Gangotri - Gangotri– visit the Gaumukh from where one can see the  Forts Glimpse of Mother Ganga on Earth try to stay away or maintain a good distance for any situations. Later return back to Gangotri and on arrival rest in the hotel ( or you can also continue your journey to Harsil camp if interested in Staying over night in Camp.
Day 06 – Gangotri - Uttarkashi Or Chamba ( will take almost 8 to 9 hrs drive ) – on arrival check in to the hotel and over night .
Day 07– Chamba - Haridwar – Leave after breakfast to Haridwar enroute visit the Vashistha Cave where Rishi Vashistha performed long Penance for Lord Shiva – and then proceed to visit the Temple of Maya Devi according to Legend and belives one should visit this temple at the end of Yatra to complete the journey – later in the eveing Enjoy the aarti at Har Ki Pauri and over night in to the hotel .
Day 08 – Haridwar - Delhi – Proceed back to delhi when ever is comfortable .. |
